RideForGood — Mileage Dedicated to a Good Cause
A private charity initiative from Kelkheim (Taunus) connecting motorcycle touring with tangible social impact: €1 for every kilometre ridden is donated directly to vetted charities.

How It All Started
Motorcycle touring represents freedom, nature, and experiencing breathtaking roads. Yet for Uwe Steinbacher, initiator of RideForGood from Kelkheim (Taunus), one essential dimension was missing: giving back meaningfully to society.
Out of this idea came RideForGood: for every tour kilometre ridden, Uwe Steinbacher personally pledges €1 to selected charitable organisations. Fully transparent, direct, and zero administrative cuts.
100% of the initiator pledge flows directly to recipient charities. No overhead fees, no salaries, and no opaque intermediaries.

Why These Specific Causes?
“When you are privileged to ride freely over alpine passes, you realize how precious health is. Families caring for seriously ill children deserve every bit of direct relief.”
— Uwe Steinbacher
“When severe storms hit local regions, quick neighbourly support without bureaucratic delays is what counts. Direct equipment helps immediately on the ground.”
— Uwe Steinbacher
“As a lifelong motorcyclist, my heartfelt priority is ensuring that young beginners enter the road with certified protective gear and solid safety clinics from day one.”
